Thinkpad Robert Bullard is the director of the Environmental Justice Resource Center at Clark Atlanta University. He is one of the leading authorities in the nation regarding environmental justice, and has written or edited several books on the issue, including Dumping in Dixie: Race, Class and Environmental Quality and Unequal Protection: Environmental Justice and Communities of Color. He has played a major role in organizing the environmental justice movement over the past two decades.
