Convertibles:Tiga 269 Bump & Jump J Guest Choice

The 269 Bump & Jump is the biggest of Tiga's offerings and the
most slalom-oriented. It has straps placed well for slalom and bump
sailing, and a fin that
suits the board's slalom and
bump orientation. Strap anti-twist is weak, but other components
are good. The 269 B&J offers a smooth, shock-absorbing ride
and a consistent, easy jibe. This board isn't so loose as to
excel in sideshore waves, nor as quick to plane as we would like
for onshore waves, but for medium- to heavyweight intermediate
and advanced riders looking for a controllable ride, this board
is plenty fast and
fun.
