4. After the download has completed, close all open programs including your browser, any anti-virus, and scheduling programs.
5. Find the TestGen plug in file you downloaded to your computer and double-click on it.
6. You will be asked to choose the browser you wish to install the plug in for. Internet Explorer is the preferred Browser.
7. You will be asked about your Proxy Options, if you don't know what this is then leave the default "No HTTP Proxy" as it is. If you are using a Proxy then enter the information. (Note: If you have Cable or DSL internet access you may need to contact your service provider for this information if this manual install does not work. If you have Network access to the Internet you may need to contact your help desk for this information if this manual installation does not work)
8. When the install is complete close any open windows and re-start your computer.
