Buckley resigns, McCoy named Brunswick CEO

Laptop Battery George W. Buckley, chairman, president and CEO of Brunswick
Corp. for the past five years, has resigned to take the top
executive position at 3M Co. He will be succeeded by Dustan E.
McCoy, who has headed Brunswick Boat Group for the past five
years.

Laptop Computer McCoy, 56, has served as vice president of Brunswick and
president of the Brunswick Boat Group since its formation in 2000.
He joined the company in 1999 as vice president, general counsel
and corporate secretary. Prior to joining Brunswick, McCoy served
as executive president of Witco Corporation. McCoy earned a
bachelor of arts degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a law
degree from Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of
Law.
