offered enthusiastic feedback after viewing the first of many
online courses utilizing the Omnicast(TM) presentation tool
developed by IQue Intellectual Properties, Inc. WCI made their
pilot Omnicast(TM) available to members on
Wednesday, June 9, 2004. In a
forty-five minute presentation titled, "Understanding the
Overtime Exemption Changes to FLSA," Bill Hart defined new
governmental expectations that affect employers
nationwide.
WCI's President and CEO Fredrick Reese ended his search for an
online training solution once he saw his first Omnicast(TM). "Since
my arrival as President of WCI in the summer of 2000, my staff and
I have been searching for a method to deliver our training to more
members in a cost effective way. Our geographic spread coupled with
the busy schedule of our members often makes traveling to a
training location inconvenient or impractical. Omnicast(TM) is the
