companies, announced today that Ken Fisher has been appointed Chief
Financial Officer (CFO). Fisher will report directly to the
company's President & CEO Paul Mackler and be based out of its
Westport, Connecticut headquarters. He fills the vacancy created by
Carl Fazio who will assist in the transition, then assume his new
responsibilities as CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The
Daily Racing Form.

diligence and integration, most recently serving as CFO & Chief
Technology Officer (CTO) for Wicks Business Information, a
business-to-business media company located in Fairfield,
Connecticut. At Wicks, he was responsible for the finance &
accounting function of the company as well as directing all
technology investments in seven locations. Fisher received his MBA
in Finance from Northeastern University.

BEDFORD, Mass., April 30, 2008 iRobot Corp. ( IRBT) today announced it has named John J. Leahy to succeed Geoffrey Clear as the company executive vice president and chief financial officer effective June 9, 2008.
