Laptop Battery Congressional leaders in New Jersey and Delaware have asked the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to conduct a "formal review" of DuPont's plan to treat the wastewater product from neutralized VX nerve agent.
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
Thinkpad The delegations want the CDC's National Center for Environmental Health to take "a more active role" in assessing the potential health effects of the plan, U.S. Rep. Rob Andrews, D-Haddon Heights, said Wednesday.

Lenovo CDC spokeswoman Stephanie Creel said its reviews of DuPont's studies are ongoing. But she was unable to comment on the letter, saying it had not been received by Dr. Henry Falk, the director of the National Center for Environmental Health.
Hard Drive DuPont spokesman Anthony Farina said the company would cooperate with the CDC if it decides to become more involved.

Cisco A big part of the problem, he said, is the refusal by the Army and DuPont to release the anticipated contract amount.

Monitor The Army's Chemical Materials Agency, responsible for destroying the nation's chemical weapons stockpile, has not received a formal request, said spokesman Jeff Lindblad.
Desktop A public comment period on the DuPont plan ends April 19. The Army hopes to begin destroying the Newport VX and shipping hydrolysate to DuPont this summer.
