"Computer industry analysts estimate that some 60 percent of all corporate data exists only on desktop and laptop computers, " said Walter Scott, CEO of Acronis. "Incorporating Acronis True Image with New Mexico Software backup server is the ideal solution to capture that corporate data and ensure that it is not lost. While traditional server backups are effective for protecting server data, every company should have a combination of server and workstation backup plans."
Desktop Computer Eagle's principals are Chester Iommetti and Nicholas Marangi, who have a combined 60 years of experience in the solid waste industry, the bid statement said. Weiss declined to name or comment on the company's other facilities but said none are located in New Jersey.
Notebooks In addition to the purchase, Eagle's bid calls for a $10,000-a-month lease agreement with P&N. Weiss declined to comment on the reasons for the lease agreement, saying only that it would allow for operation of the facility in accordance with Department of Environmental Protection regulations.
Lenovo But according to David Clark, North Bergen's attorney in the P&N matter, the agreement will allow the new owner to operate under P&N's permit. The permit, issued by the DEP, regulates the amount and type of waste a facility is allowed to take in.
Hard Drive Even though P&N has sold its facility, it still holds the permit, Clark said. The lease agreement would hold Eagle over until the company obtains a permit of its own.
Travelstar "We will be scrutinizing this up and down on a daily basis," said North Bergen Administrator Christopher Pianese. He said he hopes the meeting will set some ground rules for any operations there.
Gateway As for the future of Eagle's own permit, Pianese said the township would like to restrict the types of waste accepted at the facility.
Laptop Parts "We would protest any permit that would allow any household garbage to come in," the administrator said, explaining that the facility sits in the middle of a densely populated residential neighborhood.
Software The township blames the facility's past woes - primarily odors and vermin - on the household waste being processed there. Restricting intake to demolition and construction debris would help reduce those problems, Pianese said.
Hard Drives Although the township does have the right to comment upon Eagle's application, the decision will ultimately rest with the DEP, Clark said. But the township's chances for restrictions are not great. "Many towns don't want a dump in town," he said.
Electronics In recent months, the municipality has had a strained relationship with the facility. Last fall, North Bergen, along with the Hudson Regional Health Commission, filed a complaint against P&N in Superior Court alleging the company had flouted nine environmental regulations at the plant.
Canon Among the violations, P&N had exceeded its allowable tonnage amounts, failed to clean its tipping floor every 24 hours as required by law and operated outside of permissible hours, the complaint said.
Desktop Pc Superior Court Judge Thomas P. Olivieri ordered P&N shut on Nov. 5, leaving many municipalities without a landing place for their trash.
Desktop Computers Although in December Olivieri modified his ruling to allow P&N to accept construction and demolition debris - though not household waste - the company never fully reopened, and floundering financially, pursued bankruptcy proceedings.
Think Pad P&N attorney Vincent Papalia could not be reached for comment.
Repair Until Eagle receives a permit of its own, the company will live under the same restrictions that P&N did, Pianese said.
Data Recovery Daily inspections by the township, North Hudson Regional Health Commission and the Hudson County Incinerator Authority would ensure compliance with Olivieri's stipulations, he noted.
