Ingredients

• 1/4 c Dark brown sugar, packed
• 1/4 ts Cloves
• 2 tb Sugar
• 1/4 ts Nutmeg
• 1/4 c Water
• 1/2 ts Cinnamon
• 1/2 ts Allspice
• 1 1/2 c Pumpkin
• 1/4 ts Ginger

Directions

1. TRY USING THIS ADDED TO WHIPPED CREAM TO GARNISH PUMPKIN PIE

Directions

1. Combine the two sugars, water, allspice, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon in a 4-cup glass measure.
2. MW on HIGH 3 minutes; stir.
3. Add pumpkin and MW on HIGH 5 minutes.
4. Let cool and refrigerate.
5. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator or can be frozen.
6. YIELD: 2 cups
