Microsoft Councilman Neil Desmond said the council is still in the investigation stages of exploring the proposed Van Dokkenburg Farm site, but said it looks as if the swap would save Vernon taxpayers in excess of $500,000.

Desktop Computer Jessica Paladini of Highland Lakes will make a presentation defending her position against the land swap. Paladini contends that the mayor and council have not backed up any of their cost estimates to date.
Notebooks Desmond said the township engineer will be on hand at tonights meeting to make sure it is a factual gathering of information.

Hard Drive In addition to her presentation, Paladini is currently circulating a petition to put this issue to a referendum vote by residents. This week she plans to get signatures and present it to the council.

Gateway Though there is no organized group of residents planning to attend tonights meeting, Paladini said she thinks there will be a good number of people in attendance. She will be presenting a Power Point presentation in hopes of convincing the council, mayor and residents that Maple Grange is the better site for the park.

Software The township has been trying to build recreational fields for over a decade. The Maple Grange site was purchased in 2000 to create a recreation facility, encompassing conservation and environmental education.
