Town, Builder Reach Deal

Thinkpad The committee unanimously approved the agreement Monday night, which would allow the builder to construct 50 single-family homes on 60 acres and one home on 35 acres of the almost 200-acre piece of property owned by former Bridgewater Township Attorney William Lanigan property. Microsoft "As a matter of right, based on the zoning, Branchburg Builders could have chosen to build more than 50 to 60 houses that could have been sprawled over that whole piece of property," said Committeeman John Sanford.

According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.

Desktop Computer Mayor Jim Leonard agreed.

Notebooks "Having 50 homes in our town is 50 homes too many," Leonard said. "With that being said, this settlement preserves open space and is better than we could have expected from a court case."
