AOL to give Star Wars fans more online access to the Star
Wars universe than ever before
Laptop Battery AOL today announced that it will offer an online UK premiere of
the highly anticipated teaser trailer for Star Wars: Episode III
Revenge of the Sith on November 5, before it appears in cinemas
later in the month. The trailer will only be available online on
AOL and StarWars.com Hyperspace, the subscription-only Official
Star Wars Fan Club.
Revenge of the Sith, which opens in May 2005, is Lucasfilm Ltd's
sixth and final installment of Star Wars, one of the most popular
and enduring theatrical sagas of all time.
Revenge of the Sith, Episode 3 in the Star Wars series, is inspiring line ups and camp outs around the country in the countdown to the premiere. The success of the original releases in the 1970s has never really died down. A cult following has not only remained, but has grown in the decades since, as spin offs from Star Wars action figures to Star Wars books to Star Wars audiobooks have all fed fans' appetites for more Jedi and Sith paraphernalia.
