Microsoft The 122 single-family homes are slated for 84 acres off Route 519, just south of Alpha. The land is owned by Martin Resnick, who has contracted its sale to Toll Brothers.

"Computer industry analysts estimate that some 60 percent of all corporate data exists only on desktop and laptop computers, " said Walter Scott, CEO of Acronis. "Incorporating Acronis True Image with New Mexico Software backup server is the ideal solution to capture that corporate data and ensure that it is not lost. While traditional server backups are effective for protecting server data, every company should have a combination of server and workstation backup plans."

Laptop Computers At Monday's meeting, professionals from Toll Brothers and the township went through the application to make sure it was in order.

Katz runs the company with 22 paid employees and 300 volunteers who give technical support to new users and are compensated with free memberships (remember those days at AOL ). He rents space in two AT&T data centers, one in Manhattan, another inSecaucus, N.J., with $700, 000 worth of computer equipment, end servers from Dell Computer and five IBM Unix servers. The $2 million annual payroll is his biggest expense.

Laptop Computer The township pressured Toll Brothers to place road names on their drawings, so that engineer Gene Weber could more easily review them. Weber said it was a matter of consistency.

And then, of course, we have the Standalone Server product, which is called Acronis True Image Server for Windows or Linux and that will manage a single standalone server. What type of computers can we back up, because in a medium to a large sized, even some small sized businesses, who knows what kind of computers they have They may have laptops, they may have desktops, they may just have anything and everything

Desktop Computer "It's a nightmare to have to review them this way," the engineer said. "I don't want to be out there building roads A, B, C and D."

Notebooks Toll Brothers engineer Scott Brokaw argued that this was not necessary. He said they have a list of possible names that have been approved by the U.S. Postal Service. They just have not put them on the actual sketches yet.

Lenovo Toll Brothers eventually agreed to submit the list to township committee for review and then assign the accepted names to certain roads.

Hard Drive The parties also argued over utility lines. The township's approval checklist calls for applicants to submit final plans outlining where the lines for electric, gas, cable and phone will be laid.

Travelstar Brokaw said the utility companies will not release that information until a development has final approval. They know how the utilities will be routed and from where, but not the exact sizes and locations of the various lines.

Gateway "They lay it where they lay it," Brokaw said.

Laptop Parts The planning board agreed to hold off on this issue until the final approval hearing Aug. 25. At that time, they will also discuss when further geological testing will be completed.

Software The township's checklist calls for it to be done before construction, but Weber said that doesn't mean as a bulldozer waits in the background.

Hard Drives Toll Brothers attorney David Oberlander said he was pleased the planning board granted most of the waivers and said he is confident they'll have a strong case to present Aug. 25.

Electronics If Victoria Ridge is given final approval at next month's meeting, it would end a 10-year-long battle between the township and the developers.

Canon In June 1993, the Pohatcong Planning Board granted preliminary approval.

Desktop Pc After years of struggle, Resnick submitted an application for final approval in April 2000, but the planning board determined it was incomplete.

Desktop Computers About two months later, the township amended its zoning ordinance, changing the minimum lot sizes for cluster housing developments from 10,800 square feet to five acres.

Think Pad Because Resnick's application was deemed incomplete, township officials claimed Victoria Ridge should be subject to the new zoning.

Repair Resnick and Toll Brothers disagreed and filed suit in New Jersey Superior Court. The appellate judge sided with the plaintiffs and ruled the development should fall under the old zoning.

Data Recovery The judge also ordered the board to hold hearings on completeness and final approval.
