Laptop Battery Mayor Robert Jackson is asking Stevens Street environmentalist Hilary Pritchard to resign as chairwoman of the local Environmental Commission because he said she plans to extend her house into a wetlands buffer zone.

Thinkpad Jackson, speaking on Thursday, said Pritchard's plan to add to her home may be perfectly legal, but it gives "an unsettling appearance" because of her position as head of the commission. The buffer zone is near an area recently deemed to be critical habitat for the endangered southern gray treefrog.
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.

Laptop Computers Pritchard, a prime mover in the environmental movement in the borough during the past decade, is reserving comment for now. She said Jackson had not contacted her about his decision, either verbally or in writing.

Laptop Parts Jackson and Kaithern won office together while running on strong environmental platforms, but the two have had a bitter split in recent months and once again appear far apart on an issue.
Software They have recently feuded over some resolutions spawned by the recent study that found the borough is a stronghold for the southern gray treefrog, a species quite common in southern Cape May County but rare on a state level. Pritchard had been a strong supporter of both Jackson and Kaithern when they ran for office.

Canon Baymor, whose wife Jany serves on the commission with Pritchard, said he would accept the post if it is offered. Baymor said he "was just stunned" when he heard about Pritchard's building plans.
Desktop Pc "It was sort of like betrayal," Baymor said. "The DEP has a thick file of letters from Hilary trying to prevent development in other areas. She has a legal right to do this, but it sets a bad precedent. It's the first application after the treefrog study."
Desktop Computers Baymor said the treefrog study also affected his property, but he is willing to make sacrifices to protect critical habitat.

Repair Kaithern noted Pritchard never opposed all development but always promoted "sensible development" in appropriate areas.
