Gateway The highway's off-peak E-ZPass discount will remain in effect under the plan.
Laptop Parts The Turnpike commissioners are tentatively scheduled to vote on scrapping the discount at their meeting on Dec. 21 and the change would go into effect on Jan. 1, 2006. Acting Gov. Richard Codey has veto power over the plan and he has not yet taken a position on it.
