Get Hitched
Trailering a boat opens up a wide world of angling possibilities.
In order to get your mean fishing machine to the launch ramp and
back, consider all the towing packages available for Ford's
F-Series trucks. The class III hitch receiver bolts directly to the
truck's frame using existing holes, requires no welding or
repositioning of the under-bed spare tire, and can handle a gross
trailer-load capacity of 5,000 pounds. The seven-pin wiring harness
assembly complements the hitch receiver and plugs into the truck's
factory wiring harness under the rear bumper. Or you may consider
the 9-inch drop-center bumper, constructed of #1 prime-drawn steel,
die-
formed with bolt-on brackets and
completed with a triple-nickel chrome finish to fight rust and
corrosion. Add to the bumper a Ford forged, one-piece
construction hitch ball and you're ready to pull up to 2 1/2
tons. To locate a dealer near you and view
