administration today announced $59 million in new grants to
reduce the risks of lead exposure in the home.

children's health, evaluating the effectiveness of programs to
address these threats, and making recommendations for

million in Lead Hazard Control Grants and an additional $8 million
in grants under HUD's Healthy Home Program.
