Basic Curry Recipe You my want to double this recipe and freeze. Use one batch for shrimp curry and one for curried ground beef. 1 large while onion, dice in fairly large pieces 2 large tomatoes, medium slices 1 heaping tblspn curry powder Salt to taste Oil for cooking. ground beef; thinly sliced beef, chicken strips or deveined shrimp; fish chucks or julienned vegetables.   • SAUCE
  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms - sliced
  • 1/2 ts Paprika
  • 3 tb Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 1/2 tb Flour

  1. LOAF: Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, chili powder and parsley flakes.
  2. Toss with fork to mix.
  3. Combine evaporated milk and egg in bowl, stir in cracker crumbs and let soak for 5 minutes.
  4. Add to ground beef mixture with onions and mix well.
  5. Bake in 350F oven for 1-1/4 hours.

  2. Combine flour, salt and paprika.

  5. Cook until thick and bubbly.
