Desktop Computer Resident Jessica Paladini said Carew covered up violations of federal, state and local statutes pertaining to the Maple Grange property and a proposed cell tower.

Canon In depositing this fill, a portion of it infringed on the flood plain, which is against the law without a permit, he said in his letter. Certain people decided to involve the DEP and at present, my engineer and I are looking for the best way to remedy this situation.
