Quesadillas

Degree of Difficulty: 5

Ingredients:

2 tortillas, chicken from the stir-fry line, green pepper, onions, shredded cheese, jalapenos, salsa, and sour cream

Directions:

Put the chicken, peppers, onions, cheese, jalapenos, and whatever else you want in between the tortillas. Place it in the large George Foreman grill (by the pasta line) and cook until the cheese is completely melted. Spread the sour cream and salsa on top.
