According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
Thinkpad The planning board voted Monday to recommend that the township committee adopt an amended redevelopment plan that officials said would address both issues.

Desktop Computer Development guidelines also require any age-restricted community on the site to be as self-sufficient as possible, Roberts said. The community must be gated, with interior streets built and maintained initially by the developer and then by a community association.
Notebooks Roberts said community impact would be thoroughly addressed before final approvals were given. "They would have to conduct fire, safety, traffic and recreation studies and provide that information to the township," Roberts said.
Lenovo Plan guidelines also contain protection for the township if construction of the age-restricted community increases the township's state-mandated affordable housing obligation. The developer will be required to meet that need either by providing affordable age-restricted homes within the community or off site, Roberts said.
Hard Drive The section would continue to be zoned light industrial, but developers would have the option to build an age-restricted community on the site, Roberts said. Light industrial use in the area would be restricted to eliminate heavy truck traffic to minimize the impact on present or future residents, officials said.
Travelstar Roberts said commercial development in New Egypt, one of the first municipalities in New Jersey to receive state town center designation, was at a standstill because of the wastewater problem.
Gateway "We are trying to save the downtown because it is a place," said Rick Bellis, community economic development coordinator. "There are towns (that) are spending money to create what we already have."
Laptop Parts Bellis said the lack of a sewer infrastructure was forcing owners to forgo business expansion and was keeping potential business owners out of town. "Without sewers, banks will not lend the money to build or renovate," Bellis said.
Software Roberts agreed. "With a sewer system, property owners will have enough investment potential to justify the expense of renovation," Roberts said.
Hard Drives Planning board members asked Roberts to include language in the redevelopment plan reaffirming the township's commitment to farmland preservation and maintaining a rural character. They also want some latitude to grant use variances to homeowners in the redevelopment area.
Electronics The plan as introduced would require homeowners to apply to the township committee for variances. Board members want the committee to decide whether to extend that latitude to business owners, officials said.
