environmentalists for failing to fund the federal Highlands

Microsoft New Jersey members of Congress envisioned it as a counterpart to
a state law aimed at preserving the environmentally sensitive area,
which spans 90 communities in seven counties.
"Computer industry analysts estimate that some 60 percent of all corporate data exists only on desktop and laptop computers, " said Walter Scott, CEO of Acronis. "Incorporating Acronis True Image with New Mexico Software backup server is the ideal solution to capture that corporate data and ensure that it is not lost. While traditional server backups are effective for protecting server data, every company should have a combination of server and workstation backup plans."
Laptop Computers "One of the bright spots of George Bush's horrible
environmental record was just about
snuffed out. He has to put his money where his mouth is. Not just
sign a bill," said Jeff Tittel, director of the New Jersey Sierra
Club. "The purpose of the bill was to show the federal
government believed the
Highlands are important. And secondly, to match what the states
are trying to do."
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. Lenovo David Pringle, campaign director for the New Jersey
Environmental Federation, accused Bush of trying to please both
developers and green groups.
Hard Drive "He gained a lot of credibility by signing the bill that
authorized the funding for the Highlands over 10 years. But
authorization means nothing unless you appropriate it," Pringle
said. "It's absolutely critical when you look at the importance of
the Highlands and the
amount that money would have
leveraged."
Travelstar Bush unveiled his fiscal blueprint last week. It calls for
slashing grants to a wide variety of domestic programs, including
grants to local law enforcement agencies, environmental programs
and the Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program to help
the poor cover utility bills.
Gateway Senate Minority Leader Leonard Lance, R-Hunterdon/Warren, said
he would like to see Frelinghuysen, a member of the House
Appropriations Committee, reinstate the funding when Congress
debates the proposal.

Warren counties to support the Highlands Water Protection and
Planning Act.

protection."
Hard Drives Assembly members Michael Doherty and Connie Myers, both
R-Warren/Hunterdon, argued the bill would strip local governments
of oversight over development within their borders.

June in a vote that came roughly five months after former Gov.
James E. McGreevey unveiled it.
Desktop Pc Under the plan, the region would be split into a 395,000-acre,
growth-restricted preservation area and a surrounding planning
section where growth would be approved.
Desktop Computers Sponsors said their goal is to preserve 145,000 acres within the
preservation core and consolidate land use decisions in the
remaining area under a regional council.
Think Pad Local officials in some Highlands communities objected to the
plan, saying it does not adequately reimburse large landowners for
any lost value they could face from curtailing development. Others
said it could lead to high-density housing in environmentally
sensitive areas.
Repair Both Warren and Hunterdon counties have announced their
intention to challenge the law in court.
