SAP And Macromedia Advance Usability Of Enterprise
Software
Close collaboration yields rich, intuitive business
applications that increase productivity, reduce training costs, and
extend use of existing software investments
COPENHAGEN, Denmark - April 26, 2005 - SAP (NYSE: SAP) and
Macromedia (NASDAQ: MACR) today announced they are extending SAP
NetWeaver with the Macromedia Flex application framework to give
organizations the ability to create rich interfaces for SAP
solutions, including customer-facing SAP Enterprise Portal-based
applications. As a result, employees and customers will have an
enhanced experience of using SAP solutions, yielding higher
employee productivity and greater satisfaction among customers. The
announcement was made at SAPPHIRE 05, SAPs international customer
conference being held in Copenhagen, Denmark, April 26 - 28,
2005.
The next release of SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer will include Flex
technology and will be made available to all existing SAP NetWeaver
customers. SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer with Flex technology gives
programmers the ability to deliver applications that combine the
interactivity and expressive power of desktop software with the
reach of SAPs enterprise solutionsall in a "zero footprint" client
application.

great, effective experience for end users with rich Internet

will have the ability to increase adoption and use of SAP solutions
without additional training or cost."
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.

Notwithstanding the terms of the product license agreement included within a Macromedia branded product, when such a product is licensed through Adobe Open Options licensing program (not including Student Licensing, Site Licensing, and Term Licensing), the primary user of the computer on which such software is lawfully installed may install a second copy of such software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided that the software on the portable or home computer is not used at the same time as the software on the primary computer.
