2005 PWA World Tour comes to a close
The 2005 PWA World Tour has come to a close with the completion of the PWA Sylt Grand Slam on the island of Sylt, Germany. In the men's division, the overall wave title went to Kauli Seadi, freestyle to Ricardo Campello, and both Bjorn Dunkerbeck and Micah Buzianis will share the Slalom 42 racing title. With no sailable heats for the women, Daida Moreno retains her lead and takes the Ladies' PWA Wave Title.
The Pros now return to their respective training grounds in hopes of amping up their performance for the upcoming 2006 season, which will kick off with an indoor event, the London Boat Show in January.
