While the Phil and Teds Twin does have different recline settings for each seat, the lighter e3 Explorer is also able to handle two kids at once. You just can't jog with the e3 while it's in tandem mode. Also, the e3 rear toddler attachment, though very innovative and popular, only holds a child up to 33lbs. and does not provide shade for the child in the rear seat.
